OpenInspiration reserves the right to adjust product price as necessary without notice. In regards to quotations, product price will be confirmed in writing and 30% deposit is required at the time of order. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated to be exclusive of GST. Freight and delivery on the goods are chargeable in addition unless otherwise agreed. Full payment for products must be made prior to pickup or delivery of goods.
We will make effort to keep to delivery schedules but will not take responsibility for delivery delays beyond its control. Delivery charges and estimated dates will depend on where your order is being delivered to. Customers must ensure correct delivery address and access details are provided to us. We will not be liable for any loss or damage for the delay in delivery. Please check carefully your order for transit damage before the carrier leaves. Any damage and loss found must be noted on the carrier’s delivery docket.

Risk in OpenInspiration products will pass on delivery of the products to the Customer, its nominated agent or representative.
You may return the product within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind. The product needs to be returned in its original condition and is in its unopened and sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or another form of proof of purchase. Such products purchased online can be returned by courier to the store that dispatched the original order. Products sent are at the customer’s cost and risk, and OpenInspiration shall not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged.
Except as set out above, OpenInspiration shall not accept a withdrawal or cancellation of an order for change of mind by a customer, unless we choose to do so at its absolute discretion. If OpenInspiration does accept such withdrawal or cancellation, the customer must pay the withdrawal or cancellation fee of 15% to OpenInspiration to compensate the loss that OpenInspiration will suffer as a consequence of the withdrawal or cancellation.
OpenInspiration provides this warranty for its products that have been purchased in New Zealand. This Warranty is subject to the Consumer Law and covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty also does not apply to any products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products or products that have a defect that has been drawn to your attention before you purchased the products. To claim under this Warranty or a Consumer Guarantee, you must return the product for repair or inspection to the store of purchase at your cost, including any freight and insurance charges, together with the original sales receipt or another form of proof of purchase. We will assess the product to determine the nature of the issue, whether you are entitled to a remedy. In the case of a minor failure, the remedy will be made available to you. Sometimes, we will need to liaise with the manufacturer or repair agent. We will do our best to fix the problem in a timely manner. If the product cannot be easily returned to the store due to the size, we will arrange for the product to be assessed or request photographic evidence. If the product has suffered a major failure, OpenInspiration will organize a replacement and collection of the product at no charge to you.
